Welcome to Hellesdon Gardening Club
A friendly club which meets on the 3rd Monday of each month from 19.30 to 21.30 at Hellesdon Community Centre, Wood View Road , NR6 5QB.
Would you like to join us?
Come along to our next meeting and join at the door where our treasurer will be pleased to enrol you and help you with further information.
The yearly membership fee is £15 • OR Come as a guest for £4 for each Member's Meeting • If you are not a member but fancy entering an item for one of our shows then there is a small charge of £1 per class.

Hints for entering a show (Autumn 2026)
Use your Membership card:
Your JGC/HHA Membership Card provides proof of membership to access the following discounts at certain local outlets. The discounts are mainly for plants, compost, soil additives and tools but some of these outlets also offer discount on other items they offer.
- Taverham Nursery Centre 20% discount is allotted on trade related items. When shopping in store please show your membership card at customer services where they will allocate the discount to applicable goods.
The card will allow for a 20% discount on trade related items only, these include:
Plants
Houseplants
Seeds/bulbs
Pots
Garden sundries
Garden tools
Chemicals and fertilizers
Compost
The discount is applied off the RRP and does not apply to sale or special offer items.
- 10% reduction on production of a membership card is available at Woodgate Nursery , Cawston Road, Aylsham, NR11 6UH (this excludes compost).
- 10% reduction at Edgefield Nurseries , Norwich Road, Melton Constable, NR24 2RL (this includes compost).
- Hellesdon Allotments on Bush Road at the the Allotment Hut - usually manned on Saturdays from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon. Items and discounted prices can fluctuate so why not pay them a visit and see what's on offer?
